Job Title : Assistant Manager - Financial Due Diligence

Job Description : We are seeking an Assistant Manager in Financial Due Diligence to join our Strategy and Transactions this role you will be instrumental in providing analytical insights for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and assisting our clients in navigating through the complexities of the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions across a variety of sectors.
• Analyze financial statements and business trends to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports that highlight key findings and provide value-added insights to clients.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate financial due diligence findings with other aspects of the transaction process.
• Manage and mentor junior staff fostering a learning environment and encouraging career growth.
• Engage directly with clients ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional service.
• Support business development initiatives including market research and proposal development.
