Job descriptionOversee accurate data entry and management in the CRM system. Track leads, customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups for higher conversions. Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Coordinate with legal, finance, and post-sales teams for documentation, agreements, and compliance. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for luxury residential projects. Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. Ensure effective utilization of resources and budgets allocated for sales activities. Collaborate with finance teams for payment collections, timely invoicing, and tracking of receivables. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients. Offer personalized solutions to meet client expectations for luxury residential properties. Client Engagement : Conduct property walkthroughs, presentations, and one-on-one meetings to highlight the unique value proposition of projects. Proactively address and resolve client queries and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine sales approaches. Team Leadership and Training : Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve high performance and customer excellence. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project sales goals. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven success in handling high-value clients and closing deals for premium residential projects. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and market analysis tools. Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and documentation processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
