Role Overview :

We're looking for a dynamic Content Creator (On-Camera + Strategy) who can take charge of our content strategy while also being the face of our brand. You'll develop high-performing content for social media, paid campaigns, and retargeting efforts while collaborating with a passionate digital team to drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement content strategies for social media, paid campaigns, and website content in line with business objectives.
• Appear in on-camera video content for social media, UGC-style paid ads, and brand campaigns.
• Plan and manage content calendars, style guides, and governance frameworks to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to deliver engaging, high-impact content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative campaigns that boost audience engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to make data-driven improvements.
