Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, managing pre-sales activities, and driving revenue growth across web, mobile, and emerging tech projects. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver exceptional client Responsibilities :
- Leverage LinkedIn, Reddit, and Legiit for strategic outreach and lead generation.
- Build, maintain, and grow a strong sales pipeline through inbound and outbound strategies.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Reconnect with past clients to request Clutch reviews and explore new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-person meetings in domestic and international locations (India, Dubai) when required.
- Qualify leads and convert them into high-potential opportunities.
- Prepare custom proposals and quotations aligning with client needs and company margins.
- Negotiate deals to ensure mutual benefit for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline status in CRM tools like Salesforce and Zoho.
- Manage and post engaging content on the CEOs LinkedIn profile weekly to boost brand presence.
- Create, update, and maintain the companys sales and marketing portfolio.
- Work closely with technical and product teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Assist in technical interviews and support development teams during client interactions.
- Supervise and mentor junior BDEs, providing training and reviewing work for quality assurance.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose strategic improvements in Skills & Competencies :
- Strong understanding of mobile & web technologies, Unity, Blockchain, and AI.
- Proven ability to generate and close leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, and job portals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs like Zoho and Salesforce.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach and individual target oriented
- Leadership and team management skills for mentoring junior Qualification :
- B.Tech in Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- Master's in any related Experience :
- Experience in Business Development roles within the IT services domain.
- Prior experience handling international clients (US, UAE, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketplaces like Upwork, Freelancer, and Clutch.
