Freelance - SAP Solution Architect - Pune - Hybrid

Location : Pune area (Hybrid)

Work Schedule : CET timezone alignment + some overlap with US

Contract : Freelance / Long-term engagement

We are supporting a global life sciences organisation with an ongoing transformation of their SAP landscape. We’re looking for an experienced SAP Solution Architect to join on a freelance basis , leading solution design across multiple business domains and ensuring alignment between business processes and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture across multiple functional areas.

Act as the primary architecture decision-maker, partnering with business, delivery teams, and vendor partners.

Deeply understand SAP core modules and how they interact with integrated / satellite applications and interfaces .

Translate business requirements into architecture roadmaps, solution designs, and governance standards.

Drive alignment, consistency, and quality across the SAP ecosystem in a hybrid + global environment.

Required Experience

15+ years total SAP experience.

5+ years in a SAP Solution Architect leadership role.

Strong cross-functional SAP process knowledge and understanding of integration landscapes.

Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders effectively.

Fluent English , clear communication.

Able to work aligned to CET time zones with some overlap into US hours.

Based in the Pune region and open to a hybrid working setup .
