Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Other tasks include maintaining the candidate database, updating job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to understand staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop and update job descriptions
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in hiring
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
