Influencer & Affiliate Marketer

About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketer to spearhead our influencer outreach and affiliate program initiatives. This role combines creative strategy with data-driven optimization to build and scale partnerships that drive conversions and revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker with a knack for negotiation, performance analysis, and program management, thriving in a fast-paced environment to turn creators and affiliates into long-term brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead influencer outreach efforts by scouting, identifying, evaluating, and onboarding creators and influencers who align with the brand’s objectives, values, and target audience.
• Convert potential influencers and creators into long-term brand partners through strategic negotiations, contract management, and ongoing relationship building to foster loyalty and collaboration.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies with a strong focus on conversions, including campaign planning, content guidelines, and performance tracking to maximize impact.
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, conversion data, and audience insights;

optimize future strategies based on data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and results.

Qualifications and Skills :

familiarity with socialmedia platforms and content creation ecosystems.
