Key Skills & Qualifications :

Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Reggio Emilia).

Strong communication, patience, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting.
