Early Years Educator (Pre-Primary Teacher)

Role Description :

We are seeking warm, patient, and enthusiastic Early Years Educators who can nurture, engage, and inspire our youngest learners. This role involves delivering structured yet playful learning experiences while supporting the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 3 to 6.

Responsibilities :

Plan and execute interactive lessons aligned with the school’s early years curriculum.

Create a safe, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment.

Observe and assess developmental milestones and maintain records.

Partner with parents for collaborative learning and support.

Participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements :

1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary setting preferred.

Strong command of English and child-friendly communication.

Creative, empathetic, and energetic teaching style.

Comfortable with songs, stories, art, and playful learning methods.

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) (preferred)
