Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success while ensuring that all expectations are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth process from project initiation to completion.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and meet established KPIs.
• Proactively address and resolve client issues and inquiries, maintaining a high standard of client communication.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform account strategies and offerings.
