Qualify leads based on established criteria such as Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) to ensure alignment with the ideal customer profile.Appointment Setting :
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team to drive the next steps in the sales process.CRM Management :
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).Team Collaboration :
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure seamless transition of qualified leads.Market Research :
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to uncover new outreach opportunities and refine prospecting tactics.Performance Reporting :
