Role Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join our team in Gurgaon (full-time, on-site).

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of building and scaling QuickCommerce growth strategies, running experiments, optimising campaigns, and turning data into insights that drive action. You’ll work across multiple platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), managing everything from onboarding and listings to campaign execution and performance tracking.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Running ads and experiments across multiple QuickCommerce and marketplace platforms
• Daily campaign optimisation to improve ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics
• Analysing data to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights
• Coordinating with internal teams for creatives, listings, and performance reports
• Helping build a data-backed playbook for QuickCommerce growth
