Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Call and remind students about upcoming sessions, encouraging timely attendance.
• Welcome new customers with a friendly introduction, sharing essential details.
• Communicate with both Indian and international customers, addressing questions and collecting information.
• Track and report attendance data, flagging frequent absenteeism.
