Job description

Provide high-quality customer service to US Telecom (Verizon) customers via voice and chat channels.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, concerns, and requests efficiently.

Resolve issues related to account management, billing, service requests, and technical support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Work in rotational night shifts and weekends as per business requirements.

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.

Strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall efficiency of the support team.
