RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking for Senior Executive procurement our team

We are looking for a procurement executive to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

The sourcing specialists responsibilities include identifying potential supplier, manufacturers for the IT Products.

Preparing technical compliance compared to the required specification and preparing price comparison.

Should be able to maintain and update the supplier database and find alternative suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet their obligations.

Obtaining quotes from different suppliers and choosing the best option.Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Responsible for generating leads through Internet, calls & market research

Preparing PO and PR in system. SAP / ARIBA Knowledge is an added advantage

Handling the queries of customers
