Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials and services.

• Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand purchasing needs and requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
• Prepare reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
