Job Summary
The Associate Consultant plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, managing risk, and supporting data integrity across compliance and surveillance processes. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and delivery of Management Information (MI) reports to support compliance and surveillance activities.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of data and reports for audits, regulatory reviews, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance data management processes, including documentation, reconciliations, and system updates, to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements using data-driven insights.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on MI reporting tools, data analytics, and compliance procedures.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties, leveraging data and analytics to deliver clear, actionable information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Compliance, Technology, and business partners—to resolve technical issues and support operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Compliance, or related field.4-6 years in data analytics, data management & reporting tools.Proficiency in data management and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, SnowFlake, Python, Tableau, etc.).Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills
Experience with compliance surveillance systems.Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Creative thinking and ability to identify and put forward solutions.Good consultative skills and analytical in nature.Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner (verbal and written).Handles presentations to groups and requests for approval of various types of projects / documents / tasks.Provides informal guidance to new team members.Shift : EMEA coverage (1 : 30PM IST login)
