As a Structural Engineer, you'll report to the Head of Building Structures, India—ready to make your mark?

Your responsibilities will be to :

• Support / develop feasibility, prepare project design basis, and detailed design of Structural Engineering services in buildings and industrial projects as per client requirement.
• Work independently and lead a team of engineers to deliver design work packages and support junior staff in their career development.
• Prepare activity-time-resource plan for a project, maintain log on estimated time to complete the project, maintain document control plan for the design deliverables, ensure all project KPI’s are met while making the final delivery.
• Lead a team of engineers with advanced technical accuracy, monitor the delegated task, track the deadlines, identify the potential risk in design, flag additional resource requirement to Discipline Lead.
• Do project co-ordination across discipline and offer sustainable solution on the interface comments / issues.
• Review and certify the quality of design deliverables made to counterpart / client.
• Lead the internal meetings with counterpart discipline lead / PM, update the project progress, explain, and agree up on major design decisions & disseminate information within the team.
