Role And Impact

As an Accounts Receivable coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including cash application, customer invoicing, order management, and handling receivable queries. Your expertise will be crucial in reconciling general ledger accounts, managing intercompany billing, and maintaining robust internal controls. You will collaborate closely with project managers, account managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations and timely resolution of queries. What You Will Bring

You bring excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the accounts receivable process. Your experience includes a strong track record in cash application, customer invoicing, order management, and reconciliation. You are adept at resolving queries from both customers and internal stakeholders, and you have a keen eye for detail when it comes to general ledger and intercompany reconciliations. Your ability to maintain internal controls and collaborate across teams will be highly valued. Experience with SAP and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset will set you apart.
