Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Franchise Development Manager. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating leads for potential franchisees, developing and executing business plans for franchise growth, providing training and support to franchisees, and overseeing the entire franchising process including franchise sales and business planning.

Qualifications

• Franchise Sales and Franchising skills
• Experience in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Ability to provide Training and support to franchisees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior 5 years experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
