This Position reports to :

Senior Engineering Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

The work model for the role is : #LI-Hybrid.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Energy Industries division based in Bangalore, India.

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead Complex Engineering Projects : Manage medium to high complexity projects across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed work plans and cost estimates, oversee execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes within budget.
• Process Analysis & Solution Design : Identify customer requirements, analyze current processes, uncover gaps, and design integrated solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and mentor project teams throughout various phases, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Technical Support & Commissioning : Provide hands-on support for system testing, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting during project implementation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation : Proactively suggest enhancements in product, service quality, and customer experience, while staying updated on emerging technologies in process automation.
