About the Role :

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Finance Functional Consultants to be part of our fast-growing consulting team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Finance & Accounting processes, coupled with hands-on experience in delivering successful end-to-end implementations.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global clients, design robust solutions, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, to deployment and hypercare support.
• Analyze, design, and configure Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory, and Operations Costing.
• Map Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and other finance-related client processes into D365FO functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure proper solution design and integration.
• Drive fit-gap analysis, prepare functional documentation, functional design specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support, resolve user issues, and ensure smooth business adoption.
• Manage multiple client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications, product updates, and industry best practices.
