Qualifications :
Master's and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant subject, obtained through the regular (on-campus) mode, along with a B.Ed. qualification. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education. Previous teaching experience in a CBSE / Cambridge school is preferred.
Skills : The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities :
Curriculum Planning and Implementation :
- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE / Cambridge curriculum.
- Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
Classroom Management :
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom.Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.Assessment and Evaluation :
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.Student Development :
Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.Professional Development :
Stay updated on the latest developments in education.Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.School Activities :
