About Paper Kite School

Paper Kite School is an upcoming and authentic Montessori community in Coimbatore that believes childhood is sacred — a time for curiosity, independence, and joyful learning. We are opening our toddler community (1.5 to 3 years) and House of Children (3 to 6 years) environments in 2026 and we are in the process of putting together our founding team. Our calm, light-filled environments invite children to explore, concentrate, and grow in harmony with nature and each other.

Position Overview

We are looking for educators who bring curiosity, sensitivity, and openness to learn. Formal Montessori training is highly valued, but what matters most is a genuine love for children and a willingness to grow through observation, reflection, and collaboration.

What We Seek

Educators who are warm, patient, and respectful in their interactions

A spirit of curiosity and commitment to continuous growth

Comfort in working collaboratively in an evolving school culture

Experience or interest in Montessori or early childhood education

Formal Montessori Training (by AMI, IMC or other authentic institutes) is highly valued.
