Your tasks

• Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange or SAP Workzone
• Ensure the smooth operation of email & telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches according to ITIL
• Documentation of features and changes for administrators and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals.
• Support end-users in the effective use of communication and collaboration tools
• Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems - Collaborate as part of a one global IT Comm. & Collab service team
