Role Overview :
As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at Volta, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing product marketing, mobile app marketing, team management, and performance marketing campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing user engagement.
The Team Lead Digital Marketing will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
This role focuses on user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Job Marketing Strategy :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Drive performance marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising) to maximize user acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
Brand Awareness & Engagement :
Manage digital campaigns to enhance Volta Ride's brand presence across online platforms.Develop content strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling digital assets (banners, videos, landing pages, etc.)
Customer Acquisition & Retention :
Design and execute digital campaigns aimed at acquiring new users while retaining and engaging existing customers.Create personalized user journeys to enhance customer experience and boost engagement.Leverage CRM tools and automation platforms to improve retention strategies.Analytics & Optimization :
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.Conduct A / B testing and other experimentation to continuously improve digital marketing effectiveness.SEO & Content Strategy :
Lead SEO strategy to ensure higher rankings on search engines and increased organic traffic.Partner with content creators to develop a comprehensive SEO-friendly content plan.Perform keyword research and implement technical SEO best practices.Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing professionals.Foster collaboration within the team and across departments to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.Provide ongoing training, development, and support to enhance team performance.Budget Management :
