  • Experience on SAP Hybris. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • Lead the development of IT Digital Technology team using technologies like SAP Hybris, .NET, UI / UX, Mobile Apps.
  • Leverage web technologies and integrate eCommerce systems and APIs.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a strong technical background, including application planning and architecture.
  • Be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Work with both internal and external teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Align technology to support business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and min 13 years of experience Software development.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and projects across varying brands or business units.
  • Experience on SAP Hybris.
  • Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
  • An individual with Magento, Big Commerce could also apply.
  • Experience in Azure DevOps.
  • Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
