About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.
Basic Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial phone interviews to screen candidates for basic qualifications and fit.
- Conduct video screening interviews to assess both personality and technical fit.
- Be responsible for independently handling at least one position from end to end.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Share rejection emails with candidates who do not meet the job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all candidate information and interview feedback are properly documented.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process as needed.
Job Requirements :
Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a must.Graduate in MBA, BBA, B.Com, or any other relevant field.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Previous internship experience in a related field preferred.Strong email writing and professional correspondence skills.Basic understanding of the recruitment process.Experience required : 6 Months to 2 Years
