Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting technical talent, with a focus on finding the right candidates for our Client's growing technology team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates for India and Singapore location through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
