Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting technical talent, with a focus on finding the right candidates for our Client's growing technology team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates for India and Singapore location through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the IT or software industry for Singapore region.Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies, including software development, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Skills Required
