Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide techno-functional expertise in QAD ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements.
• Design and develop QAD customizations, reports, and integrations using QAD Progress 4GL, QXtend, or EDI.
• Configure QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Distribution, SCM, and Inventory Management.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Work on interface development and data migration between QAD and other enterprise systems.
• Support end-users by providing functional and technical resolutions to incidents and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, documentation, and change management processes.
• Participate in upgrades and patches, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
