• Planning and Process : Design daily order flows, supply chain rhythms, and operational SOPs that scale.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Be the bridge between Culinary, Last Mile, and CX teams.
• Customer Lens : Partner with CX to flip negative experiences into positive ones.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify bottlenecks and launch process fixes fast.
