About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Fashion Consultant to join our ethnic designer wear studio in Anand. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of style, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for Indian ethnic fashion. You will be responsible for providing personalized styling advice, assisting clients with selections, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist clients in selecting ethnic and designer wear based on their preferences, occasions, and body types.
• Provide styling advice and coordinate complete looks including apparel, accessories, and customization suggestions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and embroidery styles in ethnic wear.
• Work closely with the design and production team to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Manage client fittings, alterations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in visual merchandising and upkeep of the studio display.
• Handle billing, order tracking, and after-sales follow-up.
