About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Fashion Consultant to join our ethnic designer wear studio in Anand. The ideal candidate will have a keen sense of style, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for Indian ethnic fashion. You will be responsible for providing personalized styling advice, assisting clients with selections, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist clients in selecting ethnic and designer wear based on their preferences, occasions, and body types.
Provide styling advice and coordinate complete looks including apparel, accessories, and customization suggestions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and embroidery styles in ethnic wear.
Work closely with the design and production team to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Manage client fittings, alterations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Assist in visual merchandising and upkeep of the studio display.
Handle billing, order tracking, and after-sales follow-up.

Requirements :

Graduate in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in ethnic or designer wear.

Strong sense of fashion, colors, and styling.

Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance.

Ability to work weekends and during festive seasons as required.

Salary :

Commensurate with experience + performance incentives
