Experience : 10 to 12 Years

Job Description :

As head of Corporate Accounts & Tax, this role will manage the following teams :

1. Accounts Receivables

2. Accounts Payable

3. Transaction accounting including R2R

4. Tax - Direct and Indirect

The role envisages the following key deliverables :

1. Preparation of monthly statutory financials in compliance with GAAP

2. Statutory audit of Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly financials

3. Instituting proper systems and processes to ensure the accounting is correct and the financial statements present a true and fair view of the business.

4. Governance and Compliance

5. Provide leadership to the functional teams and mentoring them to achieve their goals.

6. Stakeholder management - both internal and external.
