Education : Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance)

About the Role

Lead and drive the Decision Support Group to provide strategic financial oversight, business case development, budgeting, and analytical support for key organizational initiatives. Partner with marketing and sales teams to align financial performance with business goals and ensure effective decision-making at the executive level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and business case development for investment decisions.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards to highlight key insights for executive leadership.
• Monitor P&L, balance sheet performance, and cash flows, providing in-depth profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, local laws, tax provisions, and financial regulations.
• Drive automation initiatives in finance and lead cost-saving projects.
• Support marketing and commercial finance by analyzing brand-level performance and ROI.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales effectiveness and profitability.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team; foster meritocracy and continuous development.
