We're Hiring - Sr Presales / Pricing / Bid Analyst (US Federal / SLED) - InteliX Systems

Job Title : Sr Presales / Pricing / Bid Analyst (US Federal / SLED)

Location : Onsite – JNTU, Hyderabad (Remote / WFH not available)

Shift : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary

The Bid Analyst will be responsible for analyzing bid requirements, preparing and coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring timely, compliant responses. The role also involves supporting pricing strategies, assisting with contract negotiations, and maintaining accurate bid documentation throughout the process. Additionally, the Bid Analyst will source bidding opportunities from various procurement platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, GovTribe, and MyBidMatch; SLED.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret bid opportunities from US State, Local, and Education (SLED) as well as Federal platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, GovTribe, and MyBidMatch.
  • Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to ensure alignment with eligibility, scope, NAICS codes, and set-aside requirements (Small Business, SDVOSB, HubZone, 8(a) etc.).
  • Support pricing strategies by conducting basic cost and competitor / incumbent analyses.
  • Coordinate with proposal writers, business development, compliance, and recruitment teams to gather inputs and ensure complete and accurate submissions.
  • Maintain bid trackers, documentation, and dashboards for active and historical proposals.
  • Monitor the status of submitted proposals and track awarded or declined bids.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 Years of experience in bid analysis, proposal coordination, or contracts, preferably in the SLED or Federal (IHS / VA) sector.
  • Strong research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of NAICS codes, set-aside categories (SB, SDVOSB, HubZone, 8 (a)), and proposal compliance.
  • Knowledge of FPDS and USASpending.gov for checking federal contract awards, spending patterns, and understanding past bids and competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT, healthcare, or staffing domain is a plus.
