Role Details

McAuley Community School is excited to invite applicants to consider joining our educational community by applying for the Enrolment Officer. Please find below detailed instructions in support of your application.

The Enrolment Officer will provide a warm and inclusive welcome to all, reflective of our Mercy Keys. As the first point of contact, the Enrolment Officer will demonstrate a professional presence consistent with our vision of educational excellence, whilst engaging in a wide range of enrolment and administrative duties to assist leadership, staff, learners, families and members of the wider community.

The successful applicant will be accountable to the Pricipal and possess the skills and knowledge to :

• Actively support and contribute to the Catholic identity and Mercy charism of our school using the Mercy Keys of Respect, Compassion, Gratitude, Courage and CreativityDemonstrate an understanding of practices and strategies that develop and enhance positive, respectful relationships with all
• Work in a collaborative manner as part of an ESO administration team
• Work with other education support officers to achieve best outcomes for our communinty
• Demonstrate and apply a high level of competency using the MS Office 365 suite
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Implement excellent time management skills and work to deadlines
• Always maintain a high degree of confidentiality
