Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales professional who understands design as more than product — someone who can connect people to objects through conversation, story and sensibility. The ideal person will bring together confidence with calm, persistence with patience, and efficiency with empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, architects, interior designers, and walk-in customers to represent the brand’s ethos and collections.
- Understand the material, process, and design story behind each product and communicate it thoughtfully.
- Lead through intuition and have presence of mind in a conversation
- Build and maintain relationships that go beyond transactions — with follow-ups, feedback, and service.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timelines, quality and delivery expectations are met.
- Maintain detailed sales records and ensure smooth order management from enquiry to dispatch.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborations aligned with the brand’s design language.

3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in design, furniture, or lifestyle brands.Background in interior design or architecture is a plus but not essential — a genuine appreciation for design matters more.
