Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on development experience. This is a full-time, remote, client-facing role that requires excellent English communication skills and availability during 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver, capable of delivering scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions while collaborating directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide technical support.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL / SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Page Layouts.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, or AppExchange tools.
• Participate in client meetings, demos, and solution walkthroughs with clear and fluent English communication.
• Ensure code quality with best practices, peer reviews, and unit testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.
