About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate – Technology (B2B Commerce Cloud) with strong Salesforce expertise to join our high-performing technology team. The role involves working with global clients across industries to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions. You will lead requirement analysis, solution architecture, and end-to-end integrations while mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Conceptualize high-level architectural frameworks and design end-to-end integration projects.
- Design and manage data flows using ETL tools or data loaders.
- Architect and develop large-scale Salesforce applications with a focus on B2B Commerce Cloud.
- Lead solution design, estimation, and technical consulting activities.
- Ensure quality deliverables through coding best practices, integration standards, and governance.
- Work closely with global client stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional groups.
- Actively contribute to thought leadership and best-practice development.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of Salesforce development experience, including B2B Commerce Cloud .Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development (Visualforce, Apex, Asynchronous Apex, Lightning).Experience with REST & SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and Salesforce governor limits.Proficiency in designing scalable architectures and complex application integrations.Experience with Git or other version control systems and CI / CD practices.Strong consulting, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to independently drive project design and development in a client-facing role.Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Salesforce Certifications (Developer, B2B Commerce, Architect tracks).Knowledge of Heroku, Angular.js, Salesforce Einstein, Salesforce CPQ, and CloudCraze B2B.Experience in incident and problem management.Proven ability to mentor and coach junior team members.Self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.What We Offer
