Senior Technical Manager (Immediate Start)

As a Java Technical Project Manager, you will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing software projects involving Java technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and hands-on experience with Java-based systems. You'll manage project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring technical quality and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire software development lifecycle for multiple projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Work closely with architects and developers to define project scope, technical requirements, and system design for Java-based applications.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project communication, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as a technical liaison, translating business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and technical requirements.
