Role Overview
- The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our SAP SuccessFactors application. This role is critical in ensuring system stability, an excellent user support experience and alignment with developing business needs for IMI across APAC, Europe and the Americas.
- Working as part of the in-house IMI SuccessFactors support team, the SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day management of service requests from multiple countries in conjunction with advising on key system change activity.
- Based in India, this is a role supporting our global business, with a slight bias towards APAC and EMEA time zones this exciting, newly created, opportunity has arisen following the global implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This is a significant investment in our People and Processes across the whole organisation. You will be part of a core in house SuccessFactors support team who are committed to delivering success across the whole business.
Critical Competencies for Success
Fulfilling service requests within agreed SLA timescales. These could range from highly complex business process scenarios to simple transactional support requests.Understanding the full technology landscape within IMI to make informed decisions regarding requested configuration changes.Analysis of ticket trends and business trends to pro-actively identify required system changes to support the business.Identification of integration issues and, where required, address Employee Central related resolutions in conjunction with the Integrations team.Support the successful delivery of mandatory twice yearly SAP upgrades, ensuring all mandatory changes are fully tested in line with business requirements.Support with analysis of SAP optional upgrades to identify improvements which could enhance the system for IMIAct as a subject matter expert and key support operator for ad-hoc project work, ranging from localised change requests to globally impacting module implementation or changes.Support with defect resolution for issues relating to existing Story Reports and the creation of basic Story Reports when requestedStrong verbal and written English language skills, to enable great communication to both technical and non-technical customers across a global multi-cultural organisationCommitted to providing high levels of customer service to internal colleagues and customersCertified in SuccessFactors Employee Central with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Employee Central service delivery.Experience of working with any core ticketing system to deliver successful outcomes for customersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify appropriate solutions for IMIA strong understanding of HR & Business processes in relation Employee Central to be able to advise customers in terms of issue solutions and proposals for change.Able to work as part of a team and support the development of more junior team members.Health & Safety
