Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Retention and Reactivation Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Specialist will be responsible for Customer retention and reactivation and Revenue Growth. This has to be driven through indepth Customer data analysis, devising strategic marketing promotions and apt use of marketing automation tools. He / She is required to collaborate with Growth, Product, Content, and Ops teams to achieve revenue targets.
