Key Responsibilities
- To evaluate the lead in advance to ensure it meets the counsellors’ criteria.
- Calling target minimum 100-150 calls in a day and follow up on calls.
- Update CRM records with complete and accurate information after every call.
- Submit daily and weekly call reports within stipulated timelines.
- Deliver clear, courteous, and accurate communication during every interaction.
- Resolve basic queries independently and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
- Achieve the daily and weekly targets for outbound and inbound calls.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with all assigned leads.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent Communication (English and Hindi, written and spoken)Interpersonal skillsPrior experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous but not essential.Ability to work in a structured environment and meet daily call targets.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).Work Schedule : Work from Office (WFO)
