Job Overview :
We are looking for a confident and smart Sales Counsellor who can speak well with students, guide them about our courses, and help them choose the right program.
This person will play a big role in building trust with students and guiding them.
Responsibilities :
- Call and follow up with all leads who show interest in our courses
- Handle walk-ins.
- Understand all course details like duration, fees, career path, and explain in simple language
- Keep complete record of calls, enquiries, conversions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with teachers and operations team to schedule batches, demo sessions and counselling appointments
- Share daily and weekly admissions reports
- Help with student onboarding before the batch starts
- Attend education fairs or small marketing events when needed
- Give feedback to the team on what students are asking for, so we improve our programs

Someone who speaks clearly and confidently in English & HindiGood listener who understands the student’s goals and guides them wellExperience in sales or counselling in education or training sectorBasic computer knowledge (CRM or Excel usage would help)Positive attitude and hunger to meet targets
