The Fitness Manager will be the primary owner of the Personal Training (PT) business , responsible for driving PT revenue, managing trainer performance, ensuring high-quality member experience, and building a strong fitness culture at the center. This role requires a blend of fitness expertise, business acumen, leadership, and sales capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. PT Revenue Ownership
- Achieve and exceed monthly Personal Training revenue targets .
- Create PT sales strategies, offers, and conversion plans to maximize revenue.
- Track, monitor, and push PT sales for all trainers consistently.
2. Trainer Management & Performance
Manage daily performance of all Personal Trainers.Allocate leads, monitor trials, and track conversions.Ensure trainers follow SOPs, maintain training quality, and deliver results.Conduct weekly skill development workshops for trainers.3. Member Engagement & PT Conversion
Identify members who require PT and promote suitable packages.Conduct fitness assessments, orientations, and PT demos.Resolve member concerns and ensure high satisfaction.4. Operations & Floor Management
Maintain discipline, safety, and gym-floor hygiene.Ensure equipment usage, peak-hour management, and customer handling standards.Coordinate with front desk for lead flow, member updates, and reports.5. Reporting & Business Analytics
Maintain daily PT revenue dashboards.Monitor trainer utilization, sessions completed, active clients, and renewals.Share weekly and monthly performance reports with management.Key Skills & Competencies
