What We're Looking For

We want a mad Web3 enthusiast. Someone who lives and breathes crypto, DeFi, tokenomics, and understands how digital assets collide with the real economy. You&aposre young. You&aposre sharp. You&aposre borderline obsessed with how tokenization can change industries.

You&aposre also willing to roll up your sleeves, do deep research, build frameworks, and work alongside product, strategy, and investment teams to shape the future of 129Knots.

Key Responsibilities

• Track Web3 trends, DeFi protocols, and tokenization frameworks
• Build comparative analyses of tokenomics models
• Research regulations and compliance for digital assets (Singapore, UAE, etc.)
• Support in tokenomics design, partner diligence, and whitepaper drafting
• Work with internal product, BD, and tech teams on go-to-market strategy
• Engage with Web3 protocols, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), and liquidity providers
• Evaluate potential Layer 1 / Layer 2 chains, custody and smart contract solutions
• Bring new ideas to life. Fast. You Should Have
• A degree in Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics with 2+ years of work
