Job Purpose / Summary

An IT Digital Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing digital technologies, systems, and data to enhance business performance. This role involves evaluating digital tools, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and providing insights through data analysis. The analyst collaborates with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions.

Job Description

As a Digital Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital analysts to drive digital transformation and optimization across the organization. You will be expected to leverage your deep understanding of digital / IT policies and software knowledge to develop and implement digital strategies that align with the company&aposs business objectives.

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead and manage a team of digital analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and the achievement of departmental goals.
• Develop and implement digital strategies and initiatives that align with the company&aposs business objectives and drive digital transformation.
• Analyze and interpret complex digital data to provide insights and recommendations that will drive decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their digital needs and develop solutions that meet these needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with digital / IT policies and standards across the organization.
• Use your business and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement.
• Leverage your strong analytical skills to solve complex digital problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met within the stipulated timelines.
