About the role

The Junior Art Director will drive ideation, conceptualization, and visual development for brand assets, marketing materials, and product presentations. The role demands a refined aesthetic aligned with the luxury and fine jewellery market, translating concepts into impactful visual narratives that strengthen brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction and Execution :

• Liaise directly with the Brand Director to create original content for the brands across all touchpoints.
• Develop creative briefs with clear direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
• Collaborate with the Brand Director and Creative Team to establish and maintain a cohesive brand vision, voice, and visual identity.
• Present final layouts, storyboards and visual references to the brand team for approvals and incorporate feedback as needed to support storytelling and campaign narrative.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with the photography team on composition, framing, camera angles, and styling; guide jewelry styling to achieve the desired look and feel.
• Define lighting approaches (hard / soft, natural / artificial, shadow play) to reflect the intended mood, and supervise product and material photography to ensure accurate representation of textures, finishes, and details.
• Oversee post-production (retouching, etc.) to uphold brand aesthetic standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams including studio, content, marketing, and external freelancers or agencies to execute creative deliverables.
