Digital Marketing Analytics Lead

Role Overview :

Lead advanced digital analytics for digital marketing channels. Own the NSS by leveraging data-driven insights, managing daily sentiment alerts, and delivering actionable reporting. Collaborate with Offer Managers, Support, and HR, and engage directly with customers to translate analytics into meaningful improvements in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and analyse Net Satisfaction score daily;

investigate root causesof negative sentiment and recommend data-driven solutions
